Luk Kai-hong Explains Election Arrangements at Election Committee Subsector Ordinary Election Candidates' Briefing Session

Luk Kai-hong, Chairman of the Electoral Affairs Commission, explained the election arrangements, electioneering guidelines and campaign points to note to candidates at the briefing session for candidates of the Election Committee subsector ordinary election. The election will be held on 22 November. The nomination period ended on 20 October, with 1,115 nomination forms received in total. 31 subsectors are contested, involving about 5,700 voters, to elect 723 Election Committee members.
