The Abby Choi murder case continued today at the High Court, where the defence questioned Sergeant Lam Chun, who was responsible for arresting Kwong Kong-chi, over his statement not mentioning the tamper-proof evidence bag and barcode used to store DNA samples. Lam Chun explained that oral swab sampling follows established procedures and does not require a detailed record of the process, but agreed that supplementary barcode information would be preferable, stressing that it does not affect the DNA evidence chain.
