ONE STANLEY seller: will fully co-operate with Buildings Department investigation and remedy any construction errors found under regulations

The Buildings Department found that a beam's protective cover at a sold detached house on the ground lower floor of Stanley luxury development ONE STANLEY was not fitted with steel mesh in accordance with the plans, and that the reinforcement of part of the floor slab also did not comply with the plans. The project's seller, Kin Wai Limited, responded last night that it attached great importance to the matter and would follow up seriously, and would do its utmost to co-operate with the Buildings Department's investigation.
