Hong Kong temperature drops to 23 degrees on Tuesday morning, lowest this autumn

Hong Kong's temperature fell to about 23 degrees (73 degrees Fahrenheit) on Tuesday morning, the lowest so far this autumn. The Observatory said the cooler weather was caused by a dry northeast monsoon, and forecast generally fine weather along the coast of Guangdong in the coming days, with stronger winds in the morning and slightly lower temperatures.
