Deputy Magistrate Ng Sze-sze granted the defendant's application, adjourning the wage arrears case of defunct online media Channel C to 2 November for mention at Kwun Tong Magistracy. A representative of its operating company, Art Garden Media Production Limited, was prosecuted by the Labour Department for allegedly failing to pay wages to 3 employees within the due date, involving a total of $161,000. The defendant had earlier denied 5 summonses.
