HKSAR Government condemns European Parliament's so-called report slandering Hong Kong

The HKSAR Government firmly opposes and strongly condemns the European Parliament's report on EU-China political relations, saying its Hong Kong-related content is biased and inaccurate, and urges it to immediately stop slandering Hong Kong and interfering in Hong Kong's affairs. Since the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law more than six years ago, Hong Kong has maintained its ranking as the world's freest economy, ranked first globally in IPO fundraising in 2025, and maintained a high overall ranking in the Rule of Law Index 2025.
