Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office Urges Hong Kong to Improve Governance Talent Training and Appointment Management, Bring in More People of Both Integrity and Ability

The State Council Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office theoretical study group published an article calling on Hong Kong to improve the training, appointment and management systems for governance talent and bring more people of both integrity and ability into the governing team. The article stresses that only when national security is firmly safeguarded will Hong Kong have greater room for opening up and development, and urges greater attention to security.
