Italian Steakhouse Carna Launches Limited Wild Mushroom Menu With 'Zero-Waste' Cooking Philosophy

Carna by Dario Cecchini, the Italian steakhouse at Mondrian Hong Kong, is offering a limited wild mushroom menu from mid-October to mid-November, cooking autumnal wild mushrooms in a 'zero-waste' spirit across 3 dishes. These include charcoal-grilled seasonal wild mushroom salad at $298, wild mushroom and beef bone consommé at $328, and smoked cheese and wild mushroom handmade ravioli at $358. The 'Cocktail Pairing Experience' has become a permanent booking experience from October, priced at $1,288 per person, for a minimum of two guests, and must be booked 96 hours in advance.
