Paul Chan Cites Study Showing Share of Women in Senior Leadership at Hong Kong Financial Institutions Rises to 45%

Financial Secretary Paul Chan, in a keynote speech at the Women Chief Executives Summit, cited a study showing that the proportion of women in senior leadership positions at Hong Kong financial institutions reached 45%, up from 34% in 2018. He also said that organisations that embrace talent are better able to respond to change, make sound decisions and seize opportunities.
