Hong Kong invests billions to accelerate impactful innovation as AI-driven future takes shape

Hong Kong is pouring billions of dollars into accelerating the development of impactful innovative solutions, in line with the government's "AI+" initiative to promote artificial intelligence development. The deployment has been further bolstered by the First Five-Year Plan for the Economic and Social Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (2026-2030), with Hong Kong promoting the integration of AI into various industries, public services, scientific research, healthcare and finance.
