Development Secretary Bernadette Linn says Northern Metropolis economic floor space mainly for innovation and technology, not worried about adding pressure to office market

Development Secretary Bernadette Linn said in Legco on Thursday that the 1 million square metres (10.8 million square feet) of economic floor space to be provided by the Northern Metropolis will mainly be used by the innovation and technology sector and will not further drag on Hong Kong's weak office market. She stressed that the supply is not general commercial floor space.
