Legislative Council President Starry Lee said in an interview with Wen Wei Po and Ta Kung Pao that the Legislative Council Secretariat used artificial intelligence for the first time to analyse lawmakers' speeches during the 3-day joint debate on the Five-Year Plan and the Policy Address, finding that the segment on improving livelihood protection drew the most speeches from lawmakers, with "talent" the most frequent keyword.
