Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and SAR Government Organise Visit by Foreign Consuls General and Representatives to Northern Metropolis

The Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong SAR Government jointly organised a visit by foreign consuls general and representatives to the Northern Metropolis on Wednesday. Commissioner Cui Jianchun, Chief Secretary for Administration Chan Kwok-ki and others joined nearly 100 people in visiting the Loop Innovation and Technology Park Planning Exhibition Centre, the Youth Talent Apartments and the Hung Shui Kiu Ha Tsuen New Development Area Community Liaison Centre. In his speech, Cui Jianchun said the Northern Metropolis occupies an important position in Hong Kong's five-year plan and is a new engine for future development. Chan Kwok-ki said the Northern Metropolis has risen from a land development project to the level of a national strategy.
