The Observatory said the northeast monsoon associated with a cold front is affecting the coastal areas of Guangdong, with temperatures across most areas of Hong Kong this morning around two degrees lower than yesterday. Today's temperatures will range between 25 and 31 degrees. Tomorrow and on Wednesday, the minimum temperature in urban areas will drop to around 23 degrees, with the New Territories two to three degrees lower still.
