LegCo holds three-day joint debate on five-year plan and Policy Address

The Legislative Council is holding a three-day joint debate on Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan and the new Policy Address. Chief Secretary for Administration Eric Chan hopes all sectors will work together to implement the Five-Year Plan. Financial Secretary Paul Chan said the positive economic momentum has not come easily, and it is necessary to set the direction for sustained high-quality development in the next stage.
