Innovation, Technology and Industry Secretary Sun Dong Departs for Zhejiang to Attend World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit

Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry Sun Dong departed this afternoon for Wuzhen, Zhejiang, to attend the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit. He will attend the opening ceremony and the ministerial meeting, and deliver opening remarks at two forums. Acting Digital Policy Commissioner Cheung Yee-wai will also attend. Sun Dong will return to Hong Kong on Wednesday evening; during his absence, Deputy Secretary Cheung Man-lei will act as Secretary.
