Chief Executive John Lee today delivered a video address at the Fourth Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Business Conference held in Macao, saying the Hong Kong SAR Government will actively deepen Greater Bay Area coordinated development by promoting rule alignment and mechanism connectivity and advancing mutual recognition of professional qualifications, so as to facilitate the efficient flow of people, goods, capital and information within the region. He also said Hong Kong will accelerate the development of the Northern Metropolis and advance major cooperation platforms including Qianhai, Nansha and Hetao, focusing on innovation and technology, modern services and high-end professional services.
