Lamma Island outline zoning plan referred back to Town Board for amendment

The Secretary for Development has referred the Lamma Island outline zoning plan back to the Town Planning Board for amendment, mainly to reflect the development scheme of the former Lamma Island quarry, as announced by the Town Board on 2 October. The outline zoning plan incorporating the amendments will be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Town Planning Ordinance. The outline zoning plan was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in January 2015.
