Radio Television Hong Kong launches new media platform and mascot "Dian Dian"

Radio Television Hong Kong today (October 5) launched a new media platform and an artificial intelligence-generated mascot "Dian Dian", to implement the relevant requirements of the Chief Executive's 2026 Policy Address. The platform is now available on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, with specially produced content around five major themes. Radio Television Hong Kong also launched an online education resource centre on the same day, listing more than ten sets of education and youth-themed programmes, licensed free of charge for schools to broadcast on campus and use for teaching purposes.
