Lee Cheuk-yan appeals against conviction and sentence for incitement to subvert state power; hearing not yet scheduled

Former Alliance for Democracy and Peace chairman Lee Cheuk-yan has appealed against his conviction and sentence for inciting others to subvert state power. According to the Judiciary's website, the hearing has not yet been scheduled. The court earlier sentenced Lee Cheuk-yan to 7 years in prison, Chow Hang-tung to 7 years and 3 months, and Albert Ho to 5 years and 2 months, while the Alliance was fined $1.5 million. Chow Hang-tung has also filed an appeal earlier.
