John Lee: Targets for the next five years include new breakthroughs in economic development

John Lee said in a speech at a forum that the main targets for the next five years include driving new breakthroughs in economic development and making major progress in integrating into and serving the country's overall development. He said Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan is both an action plan for better seizing national and international opportunities, and a pathway for continuously improving the well-being of citizens.
