Ministry of Justice issues Measures for the Administration of the Greater Bay Area Lawyers' Practice Examination and Activities; Paul Lam encourages Hong Kong legal talent to seize the opportunity

The Ministry of Justice issued the Measures for the Administration of the Greater Bay Area Lawyers' Practice Examination and Activities on 5 October, regulating examination registration requirements, procedures for applying to practise and scope of practice, and stipulating that the examination will be held once every two years. The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has passed an amendment to the Lawyers Law of the People's Republic of China, making the Greater Bay Area lawyers system permanent; Paul Lam welcomed this and encouraged Hong Kong legal talent to seize the opportunity and join.
