Greater Bay Area trending: sharing platform Tianjiu Enterprise Services: ride on mainland firms' going-global wave, Hong Kong tourism can introduce robots

Tianjiu Enterprise Services chairman and chief executive Ge Jun believes Hong Kong's tourism industry can take advantage of the mainland's going-global trend by bringing in robots and artificial intelligence (AI) to enrich tourism attractions. Hong Kong's Lan Kwai Fong bars had earlier introduced robots to provide cocktail-making and interactive services, while a domestic robot company had also come to Hong Kong to open 3 retail stores. Ge Jun said Hong Kong enjoys a number of advantages, and domestic robot and AI companies can establish a bridgehead in Hong Kong and partner with the tourism industry to expand overseas.
