Chief Executive John Lee said at the Forum on Technology and New Quality Productive Forces that Hong Kong must dare to break down barriers, make good use of its advantages as an international financial centre, and guide diverse capital into the innovation and technology sector, adding that developing innovation and technology to lead new quality productive forces is already a question that must be answered.
