LCSD raises red flags at six beaches including South District on Hong Kong Island due to rough seas

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (15 October) that, due to rough seas, red flags have been hoisted at Stanley Main Beach, Shek O Beach and Big Wave Bay Beach on Hong Kong Island's South District, Cheung Chau Tung Wan Beach and Ngan Kwong Wan Beach in the Islands District, and Clear Water Bay Second Bay Beach in the Sai Kung District, indicating that swimming there is dangerous. Members of the public are advised not to swim there.
