Insurance Authority visits National Financial Regulatory Administration

Insurance Authority Chairman Eddie Yue and Chief Executive Clement Cheung travelled to Beijing last week, visiting the National Financial Regulatory Administration on the afternoon of 3 September 2026 and meeting with Xiao Yuanqi, Party Committee Member and Deputy Director. The two sides had an in-depth exchange on the direction of further integrating Hong Kong's insurance industry into the country's overall development, as well as regulatory planning and cooperation.
