LegCo to debate five-year plan and Policy Address

From tomorrow, the Legislative Council will hold a three-day joint debate on motions concerning the first five-year plan of the HKSAR and the Policy Address. John Lee urged the public to follow the debate, and the Chief Secretary for Administration will lead principal officials in in-depth discussions with LegCo members on the concept and content of the five-year plan. The five-year plan has been published for three weeks, and he reiterated five important objectives, including achieving new breakthroughs in economic development and accelerating and improving the efficiency of Northern Metropolis development.
