Norman Tong: There is no good, medium or bad strategy, only bad and worse strategies

Norman Tong's column uses a discussion among cha chaan teng customers about 'cutting corners' in terms of good, medium and bad strategies as an opening, pointing out that in fact there are no good, medium or bad strategies, only bad and worse strategies.
