Paul Chan: Hong Kong Is Well Placed to Help Others Develop While Enhancing Its Own Advantages

Financial Secretary Paul Chan said in a blog post that after visiting Nanjing and Bangkok last week, he found that developing economies need capital and technology, while mainland enterprises need international markets and professional services, and both needs converge in Hong Kong. He said Hong Kong can both channel global capital and connect mainland technology and industry, and is well placed to help others develop while further enhancing its own advantages.
