Wan Chai's "Sugar Daddy" specialises in homemade gelato, Italian cream-filled buns and croissants paired with light desserts

Italian pastry chef Fabio Bardi, who previously crafted desserts at Michelin-starred restaurants, has opened a dessert concept store, Sugar Daddy, in Wan Chai, offering freshly made homemade gelato, freshly baked Maritozzi, Cornetti and Italian desserts daily. The shop uses low-sugar, low-fat recipes with no artificial flavourings or preservatives, and provides vegan, dairy-free and sugar-free options. The address is G/F, Fubon Building, 104 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, and opening hours from Tuesday to Friday are 8am to 6:30pm.
