Contemporary French restaurant Lys, developed by Hong Kong's ZS Hospitality, officially opened at Saigon Maru Hotel in Vung Tau on 15 October, marking the group's first overseas project. The dishes are based on contemporary French cuisine, blending fresh seasonal Vietnamese ingredients. The chef's brie dish wraps the cheese in a crepe, paired with the slight acidity of tamarind and salted butter, paying tribute to Vietnamese culinary traditions.
