John Lee Says Joshua Wong, Nathan Law and Their Gang Are Chief Culprits Behind Destruction of Hong Kong's Prosperity and Stability

Joshua Wong pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to collude with foreign or overseas forces to endanger national security and was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment in the High Court. Chief Executive John Lee said Joshua Wong, Nathan Law and their gang are among the chief culprits behind the destruction of Hong Kong's prosperity and stability, and also said they repeatedly broke the law and treated the law with contempt. A spokesman for the SAR government said Wong's crime-related property will be confiscated in accordance with the law.
The Chief Executive named and commented on the conduct of Joshua Wong and Nathan Law and others after Wong was jailed, and set out that the government will confiscate crime-related property in accordance with the law.
