After the new Huanggang Port opens, eligible travellers can register on site at 'Co-operative Inspection' automated channels, completing Hong Kong-Shenzhen exit and entry procedures with a single queue and one presentation of documents. Members of the public who have already registered for the Mainland's Express Lane can download the mobile app 'HK e-Channel' in advance to register. Wong Kei, Assistant Director of Immigration (Control), said today (6th) that on-site registration takes only a few seconds and the Department will arrange sufficient manpower.
