Lo Chun-hong: Hang Seng Index turns weak, next support at 23300 under test

Lo Chun-hong said the Hang Seng Index has turned weak, with the next support level at 23300 under test. At the time of writing, the Hang Seng Index stood at 24,152 points, down 129 points in the morning session, a decline of about 0.5%; he said that after breaking down the market's internal structure, the weakness is more evident than what the index surface reflects.
