    藥妝店續租舖擴充帶動下，中原（工商舖）資料顯示9月商舖市場錄得約302宗租賃個案，涉及金額約2970萬元。按月分別微跌約4.43%及1.52%，按年則升約0.67%及10.95%。9月租用面積約34.8萬方呎，按月及按年減少約22.7%及約15.54%。

    明報統計，截至上周二（13日），3隻在港上市黃金ETF累計儲存黃金1.03萬千克，即10.3公噸。恒生投資管理、惠理及南方東英的黃金ETF標榜黃金存放香港境內、可實物兌換。港府推動擴建機場金庫，整體庫存容量超過2000噸，並配合放寬強積金投資黃金ETF最多佔組合一成。

    Wu Qing: Continuing to Deepen Inclusive Reform of Capital Market, Approves Registration of First Batch of 18 Active ETFs

    Securities and Futures Commission of China Chairman Wu Qing said at the 2026 Annual Financial Street Forum that the commission will continue to deepen inclusive reform of the capital market and has approved the registration of the first batch of 18 active ETFs, bringing more incremental capital into the market. He proposed improving the convenience of QFII investment operations and accelerating the inclusion of the RMB stock trading counter and REITs in Stock Connect, while warning that cross-border and cross-market risk transmission warrants high vigilance, and pledging to make every effort to safeguard the security and stability of the capital market.

    Louis d'Estienne d'Orves, Tikehau's head of Asia-Pacific, says Asian pension funds allocate about 7 per cent of assets to private assets, far below nearly 40 per cent in the US, reflecting significant room for growth. The firm's client AUM in Hong Kong has grown 30 per cent year on year since the start of this year, and it plans to hire 2 more Hong Kong fundraising staff by the end of the year to 4, expecting AUM to double in the next one to two years.

    Tikehau：高息環境為私募信貸投資創商機

    另類資產管理公司Tikehau共同創辦人Mathieu Chabran認為，高息環境為私募信貸投資創造機會。他指出，不少在新冠疫情低息時融資的債券和私募信貸已差不多到期，在目前較高息環境下再融資，將為信貸投資者提供更高回報。美國5年期國債債息早前曾升穿5厘水平，同時推高企業融資利率。

    Hong Kong Firm Gold Coast Technology Moves into Guangzhou International Commercial Port, to Close European, US and Hong Kong Warehouses and Consolidate Handling in Guangzhou

    Gold Coast Technology Group, which is engaged in export wholesale and cross-border e-commerce, has signed an agreement to move into Guangzhou International Commercial Port. Chairman Zhang Yingmin said the group was attracted by its proximity to the Baiyun Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone, which offers preferential policies such as bonded consolidation, remote inspection, bonded repair and export tax rebates. The group will gradually close its warehouses in Europe, the US, Hong Kong, South Africa and other places in future, and handle its goods uniformly in Guangzhou.
