Hearing-impaired man pleads guilty to 14 counts including indecent assault of half-sister, remanded pending sentencing

A 31-year-old hearing-impaired man pleaded guilty in the District Court yesterday to 14 offences, including making child pornography, involving masturbating twice in 2019 in the presence of his 10-year-old full sister and taking 17 intimate photographs of her. Acting District Judge Wong Nga-yan adjourned sentencing to 8 December to await a trauma report on the victim and a psychiatric report on the defendant, who was remanded in custody in the meantime.
