Central Waterfront Landmark Central Yards Announces Kim Jones Global First Flagship to Open in 2027

Central Yards, the new Central waterfront landmark, announced that renowned designer Kim Jones will move in in 2027 to open the brand's first global retail flagship. The store is one of five iconic duplex concept stores in the retail portion, spanning two floors with an area of about 4,000 square feet, featuring an open terrace with Victoria Harbour views. The first phase of Central Yards is expected to open in 2027, with about 300,000 square feet of retail space that will bring together about 100 brands.
