Housing Department reminds Wang Fuk Court owners to sign Sale and Purchase Agreement for their units before the deadline

The Housing Department reminds owners of Blocks A to H at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po that they must complete signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the sale of their units by 15 October at the latest. This applies to all those who returned the "Letter Accepting the Acquisition Proposal" on or before 31 August; where special circumstances exist, the Government will make discretionary arrangements on a case-by-case basis. The "Special Sale Scheme" began its flat-selection process on 29 September and is expected to be completed by the end of November.
The gazette sets out the signing deadline, arrangements for special circumstances and the flat-selection timetable, allowing owners to check whether they can meet the 15 October deadline.
