"Just a little spark": Disability advocates discuss integration and sense of belonging in Hong Kong

Shroff, founder of SENsational Foundation and disability advocate, pointed out that increased awareness of disability in Hong Kong has not made it easier for people with disabilities to find work, with tighter corporate budgets and a difficult job market making the next stage of integration more challenging. She believes that beyond hiring, employers also need to provide guidance, appropriate workplace arrangements, and roles that match individuals' strengths.
