CBRE's Ada Choi Advocates Sale-and-Leaseback of Factories by Fuel Vehicle Makers to Improve Cash Flow

CBRE's head of Asia-Pacific research, Ada Choi, says traditional fuel vehicle makers continue to face pressure on sales and razor-thin profit margins, and advises them to plan asset disposals of factories, showrooms and offices as soon as possible, improving cash flow through sales or sale-and-leaseback arrangements.
