Hang Seng Index Falls More Than 1% in Early Afternoon Session

The Hang Seng Index maintained a decline of more than 300 points in the afternoon, standing at 23,987 earlier, down 326 points or 1.34%. The Tech Index stood at 4,068, down 106 points or 2.54%.
