Tung Wah College Appoints Lo Tit-wing as Vice President (Research and Innovation)

Tung Wah College has announced the appointment of Lo Tit-wing as Vice President (Research and Innovation), effective immediately. Lo was previously Vice President (Research and Development) at Saint Francis University, and during his tenure as acting president of the university from 2024 to 2025 helped it seek designation as an applied sciences university. Tung Wah College President Chan Wai-chi said Lo's joining will help the college expand academic development and move towards becoming a top applied sciences university in the Asia-Pacific region.
