Man Hin Two-Bedroom Houses Smallest at Under 500 Sq Ft, Expected to Be Smallest Under New First-Hand Rules

Cheung Kong has named its project at 18 Kam Tai Road, Kam Tin, Yuen Long, Man Hin, with two-bedroom houses having a saleable area of under 500 square feet, expected to be the smallest house units under the new first-hand rules. The project uses the same contractor as the Anderson Road "Hong Kong Home Ownership Scheme" project, where problems with the project and construction quality arose, and similar unit layouts are also offered at the Anderson Road project.
