Ap Lei Chau project formerly managed by Lai Fung to be launched this quarter by Star Capital

A new Ap Lei Chau project wholly owned by Singapore real estate investment fund SC Capital Partners is set to be launched this quarter. Its chairman and founder, Tse Sung Chau, said Lai Fung had ceased participating in the project's management since early last year, and the project is expected to receive its occupation permit in the first quarter of next year. He believes Hong Kong's position as an international financial centre remains solid, and with overseas professionals and students continuing to come to Hong Kong to settle, he is optimistic about the property market outlook.
