Luxshare Precision faces US patent infringement probe

Luxshare Precision (2475) announced that the company and its controlled subsidiary Luxshare Technology have been formally subjected to a Section 337 investigation involving patent infringement by the US International Trade Commission (ITC). The investigation was initiated by US-based Vicor Corporation and involves vertical power delivery systems (VPD), related components, and computing systems containing the aforementioned products.
