Chris Sun: 'Mental Health Month' raises community awareness of the issue, with activities to be held in the community

Chris Sun said the '2026 Mental Health Month' will hold activities in the community to raise awareness of mental health. Coinciding with 'World Mental Health Day', a launch ceremony and community experience day was held today (10th), featuring a jump rope team performance and inviting doctors, athletes and schools to explore the links between regular exercise and physical, mental and spiritual health.
