Catherine Chau's film The Years of Mother received a booked-out screening at her alma mater St Clare's Girls' School, and she and director Wu Chui-yi attended to thank the audience, receiving enthusiastic cheers from juniors and teachers. The principal from Chau's school days came in person to support her and shared a heartfelt hug, while the school presented a bouquet and a lightbox made from photos of her visit back to the school. She encouraged her juniors to cherish time with their families, saying that even a simple message to one's parents is a gesture of care.
