CK Asset's Yuen Long project 'Man Chin' at 18 Kam Tai Road, Kam Tin, has received about 1,000 enquiries since it was named. The group plans to upload the sales brochure this week, open show flats as early as next week and put the project on sale within this month. Yeung Kwai-ling, deputy chief manager of CK Asset's sales department, said the project plans to launch house units by tender first.
