CK Asset Halts Sales of Yuen Long Million-Chin Project as Lands Department Says No Lease Modification Application Received and Pre-Sale Consent Still Valid

CK Asset's sales arrangements for the Million-Chin project in Kam Tin, Yuen Long, have been abruptly halted. In response to enquiries, the Lands Department said that as of 29 October, the Yuen Long District Lands Office had not received any lease modification application from the grantee, nor made any lease modification request to the grantee. The department's Legal Advisory and Conveyancing Office issued pre-sale consent for the project on 25 June this year, and it remains valid.
