Same name, different owners | Is Xiamen's K11 Select mall not K11, and not owned by New World?

New World clarified at its results briefing that Xiamen K11 Select is not a project under its portfolio, and that it does not manage properties developed by third parties. The mall was planned by K11 by AC, under Adrian Cheng, and Xiamen Rail Transit Group, drawing over 2 million visitors since opening, with a commercial area of about 95,000 square metres and around 80 first stores. The "K11" trademark remains wholly owned by New World.
